Hello 10&U Parents!

Sign ups to declare your swimmer (10 and under only) and for parent volunteers are now open for the Mock Meet on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The Mock Meet will have only 1 shift of volunteers. Arrival time is 4:30pm and we should be done around 7pm.

Deadline to declare swimmers is Friday May 15th by midnight. This allows time for the coaches to create the line-up. If you do not declare your swimmer as Attending, they will not be put in events for the meet and will not be able to swim.

Swim meets are lots of fun, but require many volunteers for the meet to run smoothly. For each swim meet, we need at least one parent to sign up for a volunteer job. If you have a younger swimmer, we encourage you to sign up as a bullpen volunteer and consider doing it for multiple meets so the kids recognize the same bullpen parents.

Volunteer jobs are filled on a first-come basis. Volunteer sign ups can be found by clicking on the Meets & Events tab, then Signup Calendar on the swim team website. Select the appropriate date to declare your swimmer for the meet and to sign up for a volunteer position.
