Hi, Double Gate Swim Parents!

Tomorrow's meet is AWAY at Country Club of Roswell (Willow Springs) located at 2500 Club Springs Drive, Roswell, GA 30076.  Our theme is Red, White & Blue!

Please plan to be on deck by 4:30 pm. Double Gate warm ups will begin at 5:00 pm, and the meet will begin at 5:30 pm.

Tents: If you have a tent/canopy we can use for the bullpen, please bring it with you.

Upon arrival, swimmers and volunteers are required to check in at the volunteer check-in station to sign in. After checking in, have your younger swimmers head directly to their bullpen. Please remind your swimmers to remain with their bullpen group throughout the meet. Bring cards or coloring for in between races.

Parent/Coach Relay: CCR will be running a parent/coach relay.  We've had a few parents sign up already HERE. If you would like to swim a lap and cool down, bring your bathing suit!

Heat Sheets: You can find event information on our website or through the Swimtopia App the day of the meet. If you are marking your swimmer at home, please remember that event information is subject to change; it is best to wait until an hour before the meet to mark your swimmer with their events. Please write their name and age group on the back of their shoulder to help the bullpen parents.

It will be hot - don't forget to bring items to help keep you comfortable - water, fans, chairs, umbrellas, canopies, bug spray. Please remember to help clean up before you head home.

Parking

Please use our pool parking lot and then spill over to the lot across from the pool by the driving range. There is no parking in the cul-de-sac. We will have parking spots reserved for head coach and meet official.

Volunteers
5:15pm Please have your timers/recorders check in by the computer area at the starting corner to get instructions from the meet official.

F&B

Please plan to have cash for payment (confirming with club if we can take credit cards)

Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the snack bar.

The bar area will be open for adults.

*Due to being a club, no outside coolers are permitted for members or guests.

Seating
We have a few lounge chairs and tables around the pool area. Would recommend parents to bring chairs to line the pool area for spectating since we clear out the lounge chairs on end long ends of the pool to accommodate more spectator space.

Please note: The playground area and other pools (mushroom portion of the main pool, dive pool, slide pool) are closed to all kids before/during/after the meet.
