Hi, Double Gate Swim Parents!

Thursday's meet is AWAY at The Falls of Autry Mill located at

9825 Autry Falls Drive, Johns Creek, GA 30022

Please plan to be on deck by 4:30 pm. Double Gate warm ups will begin at 5 pm, and the meet will begin at 5:30 pm. 

Upon arrival, swimmers and volunteers are required to check in at the volunteer check-in station to sign in. After checking in, have your younger swimmers head directly to their bullpen. Please remind your swimmers to remain with their bullpen group throughout the meet. Bring cards or coloring for in between races.

Heat Sheets: You can find event information on our website or through the Swimtopia App the day of the meet. If you are marking your swimmer at home, please remember that event information is subject to change; it is best to wait until an hour before the meet to mark your swimmer with their events. Please write their name and age group on the back of their shoulder to help the bullpen parents.

It will be hot - don't forget to bring items to help keep you comfortable - water, fans, chairs, umbrellas, bug spray. Please remember to help clean up before you head home.

• Visitor bullpen area will be located behind the pool in the grassy/pavilion space
• Our concession stand will offer: hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, buttered noodles, chicken nuggets, bbq pulled pork sandwiches, caesar salad wraps, assorted beverages, candy, chips, watermelon, and french fries
• In the event of weather, our safety evacuation plan is to move to the clubhouse
