Hi, Double Gate Swim Parents!

Tuesday's meet is AWAY at Olde Atlanta Club located at

5745 Olde Atlanta Parkway,
Suwanee, GA 30024

Please plan to be on deck by 4:15 pm. Double Gate warm ups will begin at 4:40 pm, and the meet will begin at 5:30 pm.  

Tent request - please bring a tent if you have one for our bullpen area. Thanks!

Upon arrival, swimmers and volunteers are required to check in at the volunteer check-in station to sign in. After checking in, have your younger swimmers head directly to their bullpen. Please remind your swimmers to remain with their bullpen group throughout the meet. Bring cards or coloring for in between races.

Heat Sheets: You can find event information on our website or through the Swimtopia App the day of the meet. If you are marking your swimmer at home, please remember that event information is subject to change; it is best to wait until an hour before the meet to mark your swimmer with their events. Please write their name and age group on the back of their shoulder to help the bullpen parents.

It will be hot - don't forget to bring items to help keep you comfortable - water, fans, chairs, umbrellas, bug spray. Please remember to help clean up before you head home.

Parking - Please observe parking signs for roadside parking. There is room in the pool/tennis parking lot for the visitor team. Further, we will have a spot reserved for your head coach and team rep.

Concessions - We have concessions for sale, cash or card accepted. Concessions available include burgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pizza, candy, chips, drinks incl: water, Gatorade, sprite, coke, diet coke & coke zero, snow cones, popcorn, dippin dots, snow cones.

Visiting team set-up - Please set up at the pagoda on the splash pad (you’ll walk past the pool to access this point).

Computer setup - OAC is running Meet Maestro with the Dolphin Timing System.
