Hi, Double Gate Swim Parents!

Thursday's meet is AWAY at Country Club of the South located at 

Country Club of the South Rec Center:
9455 Old Southwick Pass,
Johns Creek, GA 30022 

Please plan to be on deck by 4:30 pm. Double Gate warm ups will begin at 5 pm, and the meet will begin at 5:30 pm.  CCS is gated - you will need a to show a valid ID and name the swimmer you are bringing or there to watch.

Upon arrival, swimmers and volunteers are required to check in at the volunteer check-in station to sign in. After checking in, have your younger swimmers head directly to their bullpen. Please remind your swimmers to remain with their bullpen group throughout the meet. Bring cards or coloring for in between races.

Heat Sheets: You can find event information on our website or through the Swimtopia App the day of the meet. If you are marking your swimmer at home, please remember that event information is subject to change; it is best to wait until an hour before the meet to mark your swimmer with their events. Please write their name and age group on the back of their shoulder to help the bullpen parents.

It will be hot - don't forget to bring items to help keep you comfortable - water, fans, chairs, umbrellas, bug spray. Please remember to help clean up before you head home.

CCS Meet Details

• Visiting team warm-ups start at 5:00 PM with the meet starting at 5:30 PM.
• Upon entering our pool, the visiting team area will be on the right side (where the big slide is). We will have 2 tents set up for your bullpen against the fence on your deck side. (Please note, the slide, slide pool, and kiddie pool will be off limits during the swim meet.)
• Bathrooms are accessible behind lanes 1-3 in the Rec Center.
• Concessions will be in our Rec Center. We accept cash and credit card (w/ processing fee) - see attached pricing.
• Our Sugar Shack is located just outside and is cash/coin only.
• Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs, and are allowed to bring in their own food, but GLASS IS PROHIBITED!
• Parking: Our parking lot is small, but parking is allowed on the following streets around the pool and Rec center (please park on the opposite side of the no parking signs): Bancroft Valley, Ambler Way, Pemberton Cove, Colonnade Trail, and Old Southwick Pass.
• We are a gated community. Drivers can enter from either the Barnwell gate (9289 Barnwell Road) or the Old Alabama gate (4250 Old Alabama Rd). They will need a to show a valid ID and name the swimmer they are bringing or there to watch.
