Sign ups to declare your swimmer and for parent volunteers are now open on the website for the Swim Meets on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Medlock Bridge and Tuesday June 28, 2022 at Martin's Landing. Each meet will have 2 shifts of volunteers, switching around 7pm. Every family swimming is expected to have at least one parent volunteer for the meet. We may recruit/shift volunteers to ensure our essential jobs are filled.

Deadline to declare swimmers is Sunday June 19th at 6:00pm for BOTH MEETS. This allows time for the coaches to create the line-up. If you do not declare your swimmer as Attending, they will not be put in events for the meet and will not be able to swim.

Swim meets are lots of fun, but require many volunteers for the meet to run smoothly. For each swim meet, we require at least one parent to sign up for a volunteer job. If you have a younger swimmer, we encourage you to sign up as a bullpen volunteer and consider doing it for multiple meets so the kids recognize the same bullpen parents.

Volunteer jobs are filled on a first-come basis. Volunteer sign ups can be found by clicking on the Meets & Events tab, then Signup Calendar on the swim team website. Select the appropriate date to declare your swimmer for the meet and to sign up for a volunteer position. We recommend signing up for all the meets at one time if you have a favorite job.
