Hi Double Gate Swim Parents!

We are so excited for the Meet against Pinewalk tomorrow at home! Our theme is Superheros!

Please arrive at the pool by 4:00pm tomorrow. Swimmers should be on deck ready to swim by 4:15. Double Gate warm up is from 4:30-5:00, and the meet will begin at 5:30pm.

Upon arrival, swimmers and volunteers are required to check in at the volunteer check-in station to sign in. After checking in, have your younger swimmers head directly to their bullpen. Please remind your swimmers to remain with their bullpen group throughout the meet.

Parent Relay: If you signed up for the parent relay, please check in at the Volunteer table when you arrive. We expect to crush the coaches around event 43, halfway through the meet and right before the volunteer shift change.

Concessions: There will be pizza, Chick-Fil-A, some hot dogs, candy, and drinks available for purchase. Our concessions are CASH ONLY - small bills are appreciated.

Parking: If the parking lot is full, you may park on the street. Please observe no parking signs and park on the same side of the street as the pool. Do not park on the grass or pine straw near the club.

Heat Sheets: You can find event information on our website or through the Swimtopia App. If you are marking your swimmer at home, please remember that event information is subject to change; it is best to wait until an hour before the meet to mark your swimmer with their events. Please write their name and age group on the back of their shoulder to help the bullpen parents.
